Caribe Royale is a convention destination. The on-site restaurants serve their purpose, but for an evening that feels genuinely special — a client dinner, a team celebration, or simply a meal that reminds you why you love food — Vincenzo is 10 to 12 minutes north on International Drive.
The kitchen operates independently of any hotel management company. The Navarra family runs it directly, with over 30 years of hospitality experience guiding every aspect of the operation. The lobster ravioli is their signature — handmade ravioli stuffed with Maine lobster and ricotta, finished in a creamy lobster sauce.
The ossobuco is another convention favorite: slow-braised, hormone-free Dutch veal over saffron risotto with a demi-glace that requires hours of preparation. It is the kind of dish that convention attendees photograph and share with colleagues.
For lighter options, the Faroe Island salmon is honey-glazed, hormone-free, and served with sauteed Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes.
Handmade Pasta & Italian Classics
Every dish is made from scratch, every night. This is what dinner at Vincenzo looks like.
Caribe Royale hosts massive conventions. When breakout groups of 15 to 50 need a private dinner, Vincenzo's Amalfi Room delivers — custom Italian menus, AV for presentations, dedicated service, and complimentary valet.
Full restaurant buyouts handle groups of 150 or more. Awards dinners, client appreciation events, and team celebrations all fit within the restaurant's capabilities.
The scratch kitchen handles multi-entree service for large groups with the same quality as individual dinner orders. That consistency comes from hosting over 1,500 events since 2014.
Per-person pricing simplifies corporate billing. The events team builds proposals tailored to each group's needs and budget.
The events team coordinated our 35-person pharmaceutical dinner with precision. Three entree options, wine pairings, and the private room was perfect. We will book again next year.

Wine pairing dinner for our investment team of 20. Four courses, four wines, all perfectly matched. The Amarone with the short rib was unforgettable.

The Dishes People Come Back For
Chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. Fettuccine alfredo with jumbo shrimp. Made fresh, every night.
The wine list is built for group dining. Italian and California selections pair naturally with the Italian menu. The events team recommends specific bottles for each course.
Happy hour runs Monday all night, Tuesday through Friday 5 to 7 PM. $4 beers, $7 wines, $10 cocktails. Wine Down Wednesday offers half-off wines by the glass.

This place is a hidden gem on I-Drive. Not a chain, not overpriced tourist food. Real Italian with real heart. The tiramisu alone is worth the trip.
